Which Movie will be screened at the 3rd edition of Garasjefestival, in 2019? Help us find out!

Do you know someone who’s made a movie about music? A documentary about their band? A reportage about how hard it is to be a musician? Tell us about it!

We want to see your movies! Submissions open 16th september. What are you waiting for?

All the chosen movies will be screened 25th and 26th janauar 2019, and the two winners (the audience award winner and the jury award winner)  will be screened at the Garasjefestival in June 2019, for a much bigger heavy metal audience.

This is the first year we organize the Garasjens Music Film Festival. We are organizing this festival to encourage people make documentary about their bands, to make other understand how hard it can be sometimes. The winners of the Audience Award and the Festival Award will have the possibility to show their movies at the Garasjefestival in June 2019. Last year we screened two music documentary about band who strives to play their music in countries where this kind of music is not accepted, and we believe it’s important. We take this for granted, but it’s not the same everywhere in the world.
